“This is a fluid, free form, at times languid, jazz improvised disc that works very well for buffs of the genre.

The songs flow within themselves and into each other. The moods are quietly inspiring, peaceful, have their own form of enchantment. The arrangement of the Beatles song “And I Love Her”, recalls guitar hero Jeff Beck...  and the rest, all Kirsch’s compositions, well complement the moods of their titles, such as “Around Sunset”, “Translucent” and “After The Storm”. “Tres Caliente” is a very catchy tune. Some nice piano by Colin Hopkins and pedal steel by Ed Bates. Fans of George Benson and Earl Klugh or Larry Carlton should get into this.”
